Lata Singh is an accomplished banking and insurance professional with over a decade of experience across financial services, insurance distribution, operations, customer experience, and leadership.
She holds an MBA and has previously served as a Deputy Branch Manager at ICICI Bank. Throughout her career, she has worked with some of India's most respected financial institutions, including ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, ComparePolicy, and EasyPolicy.
Her expertise spans health insurance, life insurance, retail banking, compliance, operations management, team leadership, and customer relationship management. She is passionate about leveraging technology, GenAI, and digital innovation to simplify insurance decisions and improve customer outcomes.
Under her leadership, CoverCliq is building a trusted, technology-driven platform focused exclusively on helping Indian families make smarter Health Insurance and Term Insurance decisions.
